Yes.
Bought a 1TB block in June 2021 (for around £5) just for
reading/downloading binary news groups to see how long it lasted and
performed until committing to buying a yearly subscription. I am really
surprised how long it has lasted. Mostly photos, some music and
magazines, so far 185GB used, 815GB left.
It does ok for me, it has only gone offline a couple of times that I
can remember. I am not bothered about retention rates and download
speed is good.
For text newsgroups I use eternal-september.
