I have an Aspera Jazz2 phone which, on the box it came in, shows it is a
4G device that has been 'downgraded' to run on a 3G 'phone system

https://asperamobile.com/phones/smart-phones/aspera-jazz-2/

Before the end of October (the 27th, I think), Australia is (supposably)
shutting down our 3G 'phone system, so I've been looking around, trying
to find out how to upgrade my 4G capable 'phone from 3G to 4G but am out
of luck.

It should be noted that the company web-page ....

https://asperamobile.com/contact/

states that they are open from 10AM - 4PM but I am yet to work out where
that timing is applicable. Every time I go to the website, the message
is the same.

Does any kind soul out there have any idea how I can re-upgrade my Jazz2
'phone??

TIA

I did a little bit of Web searching and found this site .....

https://www.phoneworld.com.pk/jazz-internet-settings/

Whilst that page didn't actually solve my situation, it did inspire me
to look deeper into my settings under the "Network & Internet" settings
so that I was able to turn on '4G'.

So I used my mobile phone to ring my landline and didn't get the message
about the '3G' network closing down!!

Job done! ;-)

It looks like you're being asked to submit a web form (at any time) and
they will call you back at the time indicated. The timezone is AEDT
(Australian Eastern Daylight Time).

In the end, it was Oh-So-Easy, just meant going down three or four
levels in the settings and accepting 4G operation.

Who's a goose then?? '-P
